Body of another child, drowned at sea in Baku, found

Baku. Jale Mammadli – APA. The body of another child who drowned at a Baku beach has been recovered.

APA’s correspondent to the scene reports that the body of 10-year-old Kamale Gafil qizi Aliyeva was found near the rocks, 800-900 meters away from where she had drowned, and handed over to her family.

The search for her 6-year-old brother Fariz Aliyev is currently going on.

Note that, 10-year-old Kamale Gafil qizi Mammadova, her 9-year-old sister Ilgul Gafil qizi Mammadova, her 6-year-old brother Fariz Gafil oglu Aliyev, 14-year-old Aydan Fikret qizi Farziyeva, and her 9-year-old brother Huseyn Fikret oglu Farziyev had drowned yesterday in the evening hours in a forbidden area, 8 km away from Shuvalan Beach.

The bodies of Aydan, Ilgul and Huseyn had been found yesterday and were buried today.

The State Water Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations told APA that the parents’ carelessness brought about the death of their children. They had gone to the beach without their parents. As a result such a nasty incident came about.

The State Water Rescue Service called on citizens to act carefully at water basins, not to leave children on their own, and avoid from swimming in forbidden areas.
