APA’s southern bureau reports that incident was recorded in the region’s Gunashli village yesterday.
Village residents, 12-year-old Ruhangiz Allahveranova Elkhan and her younger brother, 10-year-old Ismayil while moving on the side-walk with their mother were hit by Mercedes driven by their fellow villager 52-year-old Vidadi Ismailov Yusif.
The driver took the injured to Jalilabad District Central Hospital.
The injured received first medical aid. However, 10-year-old Ismayil were placed in the intensive care unit as he was in a serious condition.
According to initial probability, the incident occurred due to high speed.
Jalilabad district Police Office is investigating the fact.
