Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. A terrible murder was committed in Baku, Khatai District Police Office told APA.
As a result of the operations carried out by the District Police Office and Prosecutor’s Office it was revealed that 41-year old Basti Pasha Mirzayeva, who was registered as missing since April 15, had been killed.
Mirzayeva was strangled to death by 25-year old common law husband Subhan Mammadov.
Though Mammadov said in his preliminary testimony that Mirzayeva hanged herself, later he confessed the crime.
The criminal case has been launched on the fact, investigation is underway.
