Azerbaijani police found numerous weapons and ammunition in Khankandi and Khojaly

After the Patriotic War and anti-terrorist measures, the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan continue to carry out the assigned tasks professionally in order to speed up the Great Return process and ensure security, APA reports citing the Ministry.

According to the information, on June 1-7, with the measures carried out by Azerbaijani police, 15 automatic weapons, 3 machine guns, 2 pistols, 10 rifles, 16 grenades, 3 grenade launchers, 1 mine launcher, 20 lighters, 2 TNT, 90 cartridge combs, 2505 cartridges of various calibers, 10 bayonets, 1 night vision device and other ammunition from territory of Khankandi city, and 1 grenade, 2 lighters, 1 cartridge comb, 1 bayonet and 2 communication devices from territory of Kalbajar district were found and seized.

Police officers found and destroyed wild 423 hemp bushes weighing 237 kilograms in the territory of Khojaly city.
