Last year, the employment contracts of nine employees of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription were terminated, APA reports, citing the State Service’s report on its results for 2025.
According to the report, during 2025, disciplinary sanctions and organizational–staff measures were applied to 172 employees (including 65 members of the management staff) in connection with illegal actions and abuse of official authority. As part of these measures, nine employees were dismissed to the reserve on negative grounds or had their employment contracts terminated.
Overall, materials collected regarding 44 cases involving 93 individuals over the past year were submitted to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan for procedural decisions.
