He said concrete method of defining median line is existing and this method was implemented when Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia sectors were defined. “It is not right to use different methods in defining sectors. The talks may come to end soon but the problem can not solve. Expert group is working and they know what we want to achieve”. Natig Aliyev stressed some unsettled controversial issues still existed. “The principal problem is “Kapaz” field. Azerbaijan experts discovered it one time. We drilled some oil wells there. According to estimations, it has approximately 50 million tones of oil. This field is situated on the median line. So, Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan joint talks can succeed in joint use of the field. If we implement mathematic method this line meets Kapaz field. According to all methods, median line is to be defined on “Kapaz”. Mathematical methods are not changed. So, it needs mutual understanding between two states,” the Minister underlined. /APA/
