1501 foreigners deported from Azerbaijan last month

It was found out that 1859 foreigners violated the requirements of the administrative legislation in July, 1393 were to leave the country within 48 hours and 108 foreigners were to leave the country in an administrative order.

Generally, 4676 appeals were received by State Migration Service by the foreigners and persons without citizenship dealing with such issues as prolongation of temporary living limit, the permission for temporary and permanent living, receiving, finishing or renewal of citizenship, identification of citizenship accessory and the refugee status, also giving the licenses on legal labor activity and the prolongation of current individual labor permissions. Relevant decisions were taken towards all the appeals according to the legislation order.

The State Migration Service also conducted inspection in some private enterprises to prevent illegal employment of foreigners and stateless persons and took relevant measures against the foreigners and enterprises where infringements were identified.
