He noted that the internal security service carried out relevant activities to prevent, reveal and detect corruption crimes in organs of the prosecutor’s office, identify the persons who committed acts incompatible with post of the prosecutor and investigator.
According to the investigations carried out in the office, criminal case has been launched about the Acting Prosecutor of Fizuli region, Assistant Attorney of Dashkasan region and the former investigator of Gandja city Prosecutor’s Office for taking bribes from individuals to release them from criminal responsibility. These persons were sent to pretrial detention by the order of the court.
