Excavator collecting sand on river-bank divides 13 year-old boy into two parts, who buried himself in the sand, in Azerbaijan

Resident of Ititala village, 13 year-old boy Khajiyev Vakhid Ibad buried himself in the sand after swimming in the river. At the same time, the excavator collecting the sand from that river divided 13 year-old boy in two parts.

During the testimony, a driver of the excavator told the police that he had not seen the child when he worked and it resulted with such bad incident.

Balakan Region Prosecutorâ€™s Office is carrying out investigation into the fact.
