Two police officer knifed in Azerbaijan

Yasamal District Police Office told APA that the incident occurred during the operation. Resident of Yasamal district called the police and said that his drunken father Hafiz Abbasov quarreled with neighbors.
Operation group consisting of employees of #29 Police Department of Yasamal Police Office immediately arrived in the site. Service officer of the Police Department Emin Idris Mammadov, 37, led the operation group. Abbasov resisted the police and knifed Mammadov. The he could escape from the site. The wounded police officer was hospitalized.

Abbasovâ€™s address was revealed as a result of measures. The operation group was again sent to this address for his arrest. Abbasov again resisted the police and knifed police sergeant Yusif Rzayev.

Rzayev was injured from his led and was hospitalized.

Abbasov again attempted to escape but he failed. He was become harmless and brought to the Yasamal District Police Office.
