APA reports that Yasamal District Court passed a decision on it. According to the court’s decision, Khanlarova are in debts. She took an appeal to Baku Court of Appeal.
The complaint will be considered on July 12 presided by Judge Ilgar Damirov.
Baku Court of Appeal placed an announcement in its website. The announcement says that the issue of limitation of right of Mehriban Khanlarova to depart from the country will be considered on July 12 according to the decision of Yasamal District Court dated February 28, 2011.
Khanlarova told APA that Unibank sued upon her. The reason of it is that she didn’t pay off the loans to the bank for a car.
