Criminal case launched on one more construction company in Azerbaijan

APA reports quoting the website of the General Prosecutorâ€™s Office that the investigation was carried out in Anti-Corruption Office under Prosecutor General on the basis of decision passed by Baku Court of Appeal about the fraud of citizens through the abuse of office by officials of the â€œSharq-Mâ€ housing co-operative.

It was revealed that Baku city resident Fuad Azizov bought 3 flats in 12-storey residential building, constructed in Baku city, Rasulzadeh settlement, Azadlig square 204, and paid AZN 111, 900 to the co-operative in 2007. Chairman of the co-operative Farhad Guliyev and the other officials abused the office and sold these flats to the separate people at different times and made a big profit.

The criminal case has been launched into the fact on Criminal Codeâ€™s Articles 178.3.2, â„–308.1 and 313.

The Anti-Corruption Office under Prosecutor General continues taking necessary measures.
