Inspector of traffic police Ghazanfar Mansurov told APA’s Mil Mugan buerau that the accident happened today at 17:00 at the 33rd kilometer of road Aleta-Astara, near the village of Salyan district Yenikend.
The car "Kamaz", managed by a resident of Binagadi district of Baku, was born in 1969, Rasim Shiraliyev Sahibzamanoglu collided with a car "QAZ-31", managed by an employee Gobustan prison Rasul oglu Farzalieva Beydzhan.
