A criminal case opeend against a group of employees of Banagadi-Nasimi service department of Baku city Education Department

Baku-APA. Azerbaijani General Prosecutorâ€™s Office issued a report on the identification of violations of the laws in the group of employees Banagadi-Nasimi service depatment of Baku city Education Department, APA reports.

The Office for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan investigated the treatment of residents of Baku on awarding the employees of the state of the Baku city department of education.

As a result of the investigation it was found that a group of senior officials of the material and the service department Binagadi-Nasimi Baku Education Department, entered into an agreement with May 2010 to March 2012 in various schools, particularly in schools number 30, 276, 284, 297, 298, 314 Banagadi area and number 1, 5, 8. 9, 11, 35, 42, 46, 54 Nasimi district of state funds appropriated to 695,000 manats, by overstating the amount of wages of teachers and technical workers, and also contributed to the total number of school teachers, a list of names of persons who are in these schools were not working .
