European Court of Human Rights announces next decision concerning Azerbaijan

Baku. Victoria Dementieva – APA. The European Court of Human Rights announced its next decision concerning Azerbaijan. APA reports that Azerbaijani citizen Zulfali Huseynov appealed the European Court and complained about the delay in enforcement of a judgment in his favor ordering the eviction of internally displaced persons from a flat in respect of which he had tenancy rights. The court decided that there were violations on fair trial and protection of property articles on Huseynov’s case.
