Documents of Ikram Aliyev’s murder sent to court

The investigation of criminal case launched against Zabit Kazimov accused of Ganja traffic Police Department Chief Ikram Khalilov’s death ended and the documents were sent to the Grievous Crimes Court for consideration, Kazimov’s lawyer Ibrahim Rustemov told the APA. He said that the documents were signed by Ganja Prosecutor General on December 1. Kazimov is accused in the article 120.2.3 (a murder of person or his relatives because of his position), 221.2 (hooliganism) of Criminal Code. Parviz Mammadov who was in the same car with Kazimov is convicted in the Article 221.2 (hooliganism) of Criminal Code. Both accused are kept in Ganja detention ward 2. /APA/
