The incident was recorded at 11 Y. Mammadaliyev Street. Citizen of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Zibazad Aslan Talibi, born in 1991, who rented an apartment there, hanged himself. A letter found near him says that he committed suicide because he was tired of life. The exact reasons of the suicide are unknown.
Talibi was a student of Azerbaijani Medical University.
