The Regional Prosecutor told APA that the incident was recorded near Masalli Olympic Sports Complex. Resident of the region’s Arkivan village, Tarlan Khanali Ismayilov, born in 1982, pouring over gasoline burnt himself. Police couldn’t to save him. He burnt himself near his car. The body was examined in the Health Ministry’s Forensic Medical Examination and Pathological Anatomy Union’s Masalli region department and delivered to his family.
The reasons of the incident are not announced. The investigation is carried out by the Masalli Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the Interior Ministry’s website, on February 26, resident of Masalli region’ Arkivan village Ismayilov died as a result of fire occurred because of casual handling of the cigarette during fueling his car.
