Criminal case launched on explosion occurred in fishing boat in Baku

Press service of the General Prosecutorâ€™s Office told APA that the explosion occurred at 14.00 on February 16 in â€œMardakanâ€ fishing boat n the coasts of Caspian Sea in the territory of Khatai district of Baku. The leadership of MES and General Prosecutorâ€™s Office arrived in the site, at the same time the employees of the MES State Fire Protection Service could extinguish the fire occurred in the fishing boat in a short time. The employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Ministry of Internal Affairs examined the site and corpses, took the material evidences which had significance for a work and conducted the necessary and urgent prompt actions.

The bodies of captain Haji Hasan Khanputayev, born in 1964, sailor Maarif Bayzade Aghayev, born in 1965, engineer Sahib Mirza Beydullayev, born in 1966 and welder Mehman Jamil Hajiyev, born in 1960, were found and sent to forensic experts.

The Criminal case has been launched into the fact by Baku city Prosecutorâ€™s Office on Criminal Codeâ€™s articles â„–162.2 (Infringement of a labor safety rules).
