The council sources told APA that the successive reforms carried out under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev for improvement of judicial activity were underlined at the meeting chaired by Minister of Justice, Chairman of the Judicial Legal Council Fikrat Mammadov.
Disciplinary proceedings were reviewed at the meeting and Judge of the Khazar district court of Baku city Gahramanov Akram, judge of Gabala district court Tofig Mammadov and judge of Goychay district court Elkhan Babayev has been reprimanded because they created conditions for law violations, red tape, as well as corruption.
