The warning says that dangerous conditions were established at the coastal strip of water basins (Caspian Sea, lakes, rivers and etc.) as a result of icing of water surface in the water basins and snowfall to that ice layer: “Unfortunately, some citizens don’t evaluate such situation correctly and attempt to use that territory for entertainment. Thus, gliding on ice (skiing), fishing, using various transport, running, walking on ice will create a great risk to your lifeâ€.
The Emergency Ministry urges people to be far from the frozen coastal strip in such water basins and pay a special attention for children not to approach to such places. If such incident is observed, the citizens are asked to phone Emergency Ministry’s “112†hotline and inform the rescue sections State Water Rescue Service.
