Baku-APA. President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree for approving the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State of Qatar on the exchange of information" signed on November 29, 2011 in Baku.
Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency (AzerTAc) is mandated to implement the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan - to notify the government of the State of Qatar on the implementation of procedures required for coming into force of this Memorandum of Understanding.
