According to him, this incident occurred on gas line. The gas supply from this pipeline was suspended in order to prevent second big incident. Eyvazli said that this pipeline supplied a part of Nizami, Sabunchu and Khatai districts with gas and noted that the works is being conducted at the site for elimination of the results of the blast: “The gas supply will be restored as soon as the this work finishesâ€. He said that the gas supply would be restored in 1-2 hours.
Eyvazli said that record 26 mln cu. m. gases were given to the country due to bad weather. This number was 16-17 mln cu. m in previous years.
Azerigas’s official said that no serous problem on gas supply was recorded in the other places of the capital.
