According to information, it was determined that region’s Ulajali village resident Hasanov Salman Aslan presented himself as an employee of Emergency Ministry and took AZN 4000 from his home-folks, who suffered from flood in Kur river, and promised them that the ministry would built new homes for them. Hasanov was detained on the basis of complaints of the residents.
The criminal case has been launched on him on Criminal Code’s articles №178.2.2 and 178.2.4 and he was sentenced to pretrial detention.
