Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA. The activation of the landslide threat has been observed a few days ago. APA was told at the Baku Mayor’s Office that the landslide threat was created last evening from South Valley – Azer Nasibov Street toward the Neftchilar Avenue and deep splits were created in the area. Experts of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and personnel of the Civil Defense Troops were involved in the preventive work there. The territory was cordoned. The splits will be filled with clay to prevent the landslide.
The Mayor’s Office said the construction work conducted in the area could cause the landslide threat in Bayil hill-side.
