Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh - APA. Today, court hearing continued on case of Ulvi Guliyev, Ahad Mammadli, Elnur Madjidli and Rufat Hajibeyli arrested for unauthorized action of the Public Chamber held on April 2 at Nasimi District Court, lawyer Elcin Namazov told APA. According to him victims were heard at the process.
The Proces will continue on August 18.
Criminal case was launched concerning the April 2 incidents on articles 233 (organizing or taking active part in the actions causing violation of public order) and 315 (resisting to or using force against government representative) of the Criminal Code, 14 were brought to account.
