The incident was recorded yesterday in the Alley of Martyrs. Shaki region resident Elkhan Mutellibov, born in 1964, hanged himself from pine tree. His body was found by police officers serving in the territory. Sebail District Prosecutor’s Office was immediately informed on the incident and investigative group arrived at the site. There were not signs of violence on his body. The reasons of the suicide are not known yet.
Sebail District Prosecutor’s Office has launched a criminal case on the fact under the article # 125 of the Criminal Code.
