Musavat Party attempts to hold action

The action participants sounded slogans on implementing democratic reforms and moved to the Fountains square. But the employees of law-enforcement bodies prevented the action uncoordinated by Baku city Executive Power. Some participants including head of Central Executive Board of Musavat Party Arif Hajili, deputy chairman of Musavat Party Tofig Yagublu, chairmanâ€™s counselor Dunyakhanim Vahabova, chairman of partyâ€™s Sabail District organization Huseyn Malik, chairman of Musavat Women Organization Vafa Jumshudlu and some party activists were detained. Satiric writer Mirza Sakit is also among the detained.

Not long after some bearded persons sounded â€œAllahu Akbarâ€ exclamations and called the participants to continue the action. The action which was not held at the Fountains square was attempted to be continue in the cityâ€™s various places. But these attempts were prevented by the law-enforcement bodies.
