Aliyev Elkhan, 43 is a resident of Aghdam village of Azerbaijan’s Tovuz region. He peculated AZN 56 700 belonged to Efendiyev Adalat Ahmad, resident of Cardaglar village of Azerbaijan’s Zagathala region. Efendiyev said he swindled money partially from September, 2007 to October, 2010. The arrested man acknowledged it and said he gambled away a part of money and spent other part for different purposes.
Police launched criminal investigation.
