He noted that some NGOs obliging the council to take this step had not presented report yet: “Some NGOs have not presented their report on project they took. Others have not presented a report generally. Both commitment set by the laws and commitments undertook during signing of the contract are not considered. Let these organizations be sure that very serious measures will be taken in this regard. The council already has a decision on it. At least 70 organizations will undergo such sanctions. Such organizations will be forbidden to present their projects for 2 years. And finally, they will address to law-enforcement bodiesâ€.
Guliyev said that no concessions would be made: “Regardless of personality, no concessions will be madeâ€.
