971 415 administrative protocols on different administrative offences made in Azerbaijan in 2010

The Minister noted that made protocols were connected with 874 000 violation of traffic rules, 33 000 violation of registry rules and etc. Consequently, 923 305 people were fined, 2787 arrested by courts, 18 682 were warned.

Usubov noted that number of cars in Azerbaijan had increased 61 000. The Minister also said that digital cameras had been setup in 150 points of the capital due to increase of transport, as well as for the purpose of disclosing other crimes which may take place in Baku. So, number of installed cameras is more than 1100.

Noting serious measures taken against illegal migration in Azerbaijan, Usubov said that as a result of these measures 2847 unregistered foreign citizens living in the country were extradited.

Thereafter, Interior Minister of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Department Chiefs of Baku City Main police Office, main state traffic Police Office, as well as other officials made speeches on outcomes of 2010.
