Press service of the commissioner’s office told APA that they met with Movsum Mardan Samadov and Dayanat Alasgar Samadov. They familiarized with the documents of Movsum Samadov and found out that Narimanov district court passed a judgment on 13-day administrative arrest, as he failed to obey the legal demands of the police on January 7, 2011.
Dayanat Samadov faced charges under article 228.1 (illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation or carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, supplies (except for the smooth-bore hunting weapon and ammunition to it), explosives) and was sentenced to two-month imprisonment.
The members of the group met separately with the detainees. They did not complain of the treatment or detention conditions. They were examined, no signs of injury were found on their bodies.
