The incident took place at about 00.30 on July 5 in the beach behind Diana restaurant. Khirdalan city residents – Ahmad Rahimov, born in 1968, his children Hikmat Rahimov, born in 1994 and Shahin Rahimov, born in 1998 drowned at the sea while swimming.
Rescuers of the Emergency Ministry were involved in the site. It was possible to recover the dead bodies of two drowned persons from water. Research measures are being continued in direction of finding dead body of Shahin Rahimov.
