APA reports that Interior Minister, Colonel-General Ramil Usubov also attended the ceremony. Chief of the academy Ramiz Nagiyev said 116 were graduating from the full-time attendance unit, 145 distance learning unit.
Ramil Usubov spoke about the role of the police in the life of the country. Ramil Usubov noted that the actions taken by President Ilham Aliyev to strengthen Azerbaijan play important role in making the activity of the interior bodies in line with the international standards. Minister said the police also have role in maintenance of Azerbaijan’s independence, future development and establishment of stability.
Ramil Usubov expressed his confidence that after getting five-year education students will successfully apply their knowledge in practice.
Graduates were awarded at the event. Following this, the graduates marched in review.
