He said the appeal of the imprisoned blogger’s relatives to the Penitentiary Service was replied within the framework of the Code of Execution of Sentences and instructions of the Justice Ministry. Emin Abdullayev will be allowed to fulfill his duties as a relative within three days.
Emin Milli’s father Pasha Abdullayev died at the age of 75 on June 29. He was buried in Oryat village of Neftchala region.
Emin Milli is serving imprisonment in jail #5 of Penitentiary Service in Khalaj. On November 11, Sabail district court sentenced Emin Milli to two and a half years in jail under articles 127.2.3 (deliberately inflicting minor bodily harm) and 221.2.1 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.
