Delivering speech at the event Azerbaijani Human Rights Commissioner Elmira Suleymanova noted that this event had been held by UNESCO for three years. Ombudsmen of Thailand, Slovenia, Canada, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova or representatives of National Human Rights Institutions, international experts of these countries are attending the conference. Suleymanova said that sounded opinions at the event would be reflected in the Baku Decleration which would be adopted at the end of the meeting.
Note that, Ombudsmen of 47 countries and their members have taken part in 7 Baku conferences so far.
