The diplomat said 3 of them were citizens of Azerbaijan, the others citizens of Georgia. Jabbarov also named the students of the Azerbaijani citizens. They are Guliyev Kanan Javid, 23 (Baku), Karimov Zeynaddin Nurali (Guba) and Hasanov Mehdikhan Ali, 21 (Tovuz).
The advisor said the Azerbaijani students were studying in the Turkish lyceum in Jalal-Abad and lived in the houses of Uzbeks.
“Their houses were robbed and burned,†he said.
The Azerbaijani students have been evacuated in the presence of the Turkish side and are now in Bishkek. Necessary documents are being prepared to send them to Baku.
