A group consisting of the employees of Sumgayit police office and prosecutor’s office was set up as soon as the police received the report. The chopped parts of the body were not found in the suitcase.
Measures are being taken to identify the man and find the offenders.
Sumgayit prosecutor’s office has launched criminal case on article 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code, investigation is underway.
