APA reports quoting official website of the Ministry that some territories of Sabirabad Region and Bayramli village of Shirvan City have been surrounded by water of the Kura and Araz rivers. Residents of the affected areas have been evacuated.
MES personnel consisting of 1500 persons as well as a great number of techniques together with other organizations have been involved in the process of elimination of the consequences caused by the flood.
