The warning is about a new bill on foreigners and international protection which will enter into force in the coming year, APA reports citing the embassy’s website.
It’s noted that after 1 January 2015 the expiration date of the passports or alternative documents of foreign citizens wanting to go to Turkey should not be less than 60 days after the visa or the term permitted expires.
Foreign citizens whose documents’ expiration date does not correspond to these terms are banned from entering Turkey.
