Baku. Anakhanum Hidayatova – APA. The embassy of Azerbaijan in Egypt continues its work as usual, spokesman for Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry Elman Abdullayev told APA. The diplomat noted that no decision has been passed to recall the embassy employees.
“No information has been received up to now regarding the injury of Azerbaijani citizens in the clashes in Egypt. We have already called on our citizens to take measures for ensuring their security.”
Seven died and more than 200 people were injured in clashes between supporters and opponents of President Mohammad Moursi in Egypt.
