Baku – APA. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has today received the delegation led by former Foreign Minister of Italy, Co-chair of the ad hoc Group for Foreign Policy of European People's Party (EPP) Franko Fratti, APA reports. It was noted that the relations between Azerbaijan and EU are developing successfully. The sides underlined the importance of President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Brussels, the productive discussions he held with the EU top officials and enhancement of cooperation between the New Azerbaijan Party and EPP.
Moreover, it was also noted that non-objective position of some representatives of the European institutions, including EPP on the ongoing development processes in Azerbaijan does not serve the enhancement of cooperation.
