Azerbaijani Foreign Minister holds bilateral meetings within donor conference for supporting Palestine

APA reports that the Minister first met with Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki. The sides exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East. Elmar Mammadyarov noted that Azerbaijan supports Palestine and solution of the Middle East conflict through establishment of two states. The sides discussed prospects of bilateral cooperation in the field of economy and business.

Elmar Mammadyarov also met with Qatar’s Assistant Foreign Minister for International Cooperation Affairs Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Jabr Al Thani. Qatar’s diplomat emphasized the importance of this conference for the Muslim world. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister highly estimated the bilateral cooperation with Qatar.

The Foreign Minister also met State Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain Ghanim bin Fadhul Al-Buainain and Egypt's Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr.
