He noted that big terrorist centers were established in Nagorno Karabakh with the money generated from the sale of these drugs. Mass trainings are conducted in these centers and terrorists groups and terrorists are sent to all conflicting zones: “We have proved these facts. Though Azerbaijani state and President of Azerbaijan have repeatedly raised this issue, unfortunately, there was no response and no measures are being taken at present. We raised the issue for inclusion in the UN report of the drug routes through Nagorno Karabakh, but it was not done. It shows that the drug mafia in Nagorno-Karabakh is supported like in many parts of the world.”
