The next meeting of the organization will be held in Azerbaijan, 2014
Baku. Victoria Dementyeva – APA. Jandos Asanov has been elected as TURKPA Secretary General. APA reports that a decision on his election was passed at the 4th plenary meeting of the organization in Ankara.
At the meeting, representatives of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey exchanged views on the acceleration of cooperation between the countries, expansion of people-to-people dialogue and the outcomes of Kyrgyzstan TURKPA chairmanship.
Ankara Declaration was adopted at the end of the meeting. The next meeting of the organization will be held in Azerbaijan, 2014.
Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov also attended the meeting.
