The Azerbaijan-Türkiye brotherhood remains stronger than ever, according to a statement posted on the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s X account regarding the meeting between the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Türkiye, APA reports.
The post reads:
"Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with the Foreign Minister of brotherly Türkiye Hakan Fidan, on the margins of the 10th Trilateral Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Türkiye in Istanbul.
Minister’s discussions focused on the further advancement of the Azerbaijan–Türkiye strategic alliance, which continues to serve as a pillar of peace, stability and prosperity in the broader region.
Ministers reviewed the broad agenda of bilateral cooperation, including political dialogue, economic partnership, energy security, transport and connectivity projects, defense and security cooperation, as well as coordination within regional and international organizations.
Ministers also exchanged views on regional and international developments, including ongoing efforts to achieve lasting peace and normalization in the South Caucasus, regional connectivity initiatives, and the growing strategic importance of the Middle Corridor.
The brotherhood between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, built on shared history, culture and values, remains stronger than ever and continues to make an important contribution to regional security, development and cooperation."

Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has met with Türkiye's Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, APA's Türkiye bureau reports.
The meeting took place in Istanbul within the framework of the trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Türkiye.
Following the one-on-one meetings of the foreign ministers of all three countries, a joint meeting is expected to be held.
A joint press conference is planned afterwards.
