Pezeshkian: We will not retreat in the face of any threat

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian emphasized his administration’s commitment to state stability and national defense in a statement published on the social media platform X, WANA News Agency reports.

The president stated that the primary priority of the government remains national security and the peace of the public. He asserted that the administration will powerfully defend the rights of the nation and will not retreat in the face of any threat.

Pezeshkian characterized diplomacy and defense as the “two wings of national power,” maintaining that Iran has abandoned neither the battlefield nor the negotiation table.

Concluding his statement, the president expressed confidence that with national unity and rationality, Iran will successfully navigate the current challenges.
