Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with his Georgian counterpart Maka Botchorishvili, stated on the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s X account, APA reports.

"Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov met with the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia Maka Botchorishvili on the margins of the 10th Trilateral Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Türkiye in Istanbul.
Ministers reviewed the current state and future prospects of the Azerbaijan-Georgia strategic partnership, underscoring the importance of close political dialogue, strong economic ties, and successful cooperation in the fields of energy, transport and regional connectivity.
Ministers also exchanged views on regional and international developments, highlighting the growing strategic importance of the South Caucasus as a key corridor linking Europe and Asia.
Ministers reaffirmed shared commitment to advancing joint projects, including the Southern Gas Corridor, the Middle Corridor and other connectivity initiatives, which contribute to regional stability, energy security and sustainable economic development."
