Baku-APA. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met Jaap De Hoop Scheffer in NATO Headquarters on December 9, Foreign Ministry’s Press Service told APA.
The meeting covers implementation of Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP), security in South Caucasus, Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict and other issues. NATO Secretary General expressed his gratitude to Azerbaijan’s commitments taken for European security. Both sides were satisfied with the level of political dialogue.
