On Tuesday, July 7, Russia struck Odesa with a ballistic missile carrying a cluster warhead. Six people were injured as a result of the attack, according to a statement by the Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, APA reports citing RBC Ukraine.
"Once again, cynically disregarding the norms of international humanitarian law, the Russian army launched an attack on the civilian Odesa region, using a ballistic missile with a cluster warhead," he emphasized.
Kiper said that as a result of the enemy attack, a building on the premises of a production facility and vehicles caught fire. Work to eliminate the aftermath is currently ongoing.
According to the head of the regional military administration, six people were injured as a result of the missile strike on Odesa.
